I loved that it used dark meat instead of chicken breasts and was the only recipe with clam juice. I did add one cup of chopped celery and think that the shrimp could go down to 1/2 a pound or 3/4 pound (but who doesn't love lots of shrimp). I pre-chopped everything, but would still put cook time at about 1 1/2 hours. (Might have been slowed down by the hurricane consumption. lol Those suckers were strong).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
